Not every transaction is one size fits all, so we offer a few other packages at a reduced rate.
Compliance Only - we just take care of the documents with your brokerage. No client commuincation, but great for transactions we are taking over in the middle or if you are working with a specialized client and extra communcation isn’t needed.
Land Transactions - Reduced Rate, almost all services / features applied (expect for those not applicable).
New Construction with Large Builders - Reduced Rate, almost all services / features applied (expect for those not applicable).

This package is for Agents who know all the things they need to do, but don’t do it. While Under Contract, our Team will send gifts / notifications and have a dedicated Client Portal for each transaction. That means, when your Seller goes UC, they will get a gift mailed to their place of work, or once we make it through Inspections or recieve Loan Approval for your Buyer, they get cookies delievered (all with your branding).
We will do review follow-up requests and check-ins, months after Closing and much more…
